AAAAAA- the Association for the Abolition of Abused Abbreviations and Asinine Acronyms.
Air Bus- Any large helicopter that is big and slow, and usually ends with a large Hindenburg like explosion after
everyone has shot at it.
Ass Hole- The term used to describe players acting like an orifice which shit is excreted. e.g. Who's the Ass Hole that
blew up our chopper?
Bab Stats- The web host that provides the player scores.
Blood Side- The side of a perimeter, base, ship or structure that is to the enemy or is under constant attack.
Banned- Being thrown out of a server by IP address and inhibited from returning to the game. Most servers reset on
a regular bases allowing your return on a future date.
Bluequest or Bulequested- When your score is inverted, exp; when your kills= 10 but your deaths= 20. i.e. Look at
my score, I Bluequested. Also see Inverted Bluequest
brb- Be Right Back, used when a player is stepping away from their computer.
Buggy Nubbing- Using a buggy to drive over other players as a primary offensive tactic.
Camping- Running to a hiding spot and not changing locations during the game.
CB or Cheat Blocker- aka Punkbuster, A program that is run by each participating player that tells the host that no
cheating is possible by that player.
Cheat- Using a cheat code to alter the program that gives a player special powers or abilities. Also see Trainer or
Hack.
Clay- Short for Claymore mine, which is a directional mine set off by the motion of a player crossing its field of fire.
CQB Map- Close Quarters Battle Map, small maps that are enclosed and fenced or walled so as to force the players
to use hand to hand combat.
CYA- Cover Your Ass, also short for See-Yea, See Yea Later e.g. cya Murph !
Dog fight- Air to air combat between choppers.
Flag Glitch- Hiding in the sandbags at the base of a flag.
FUBAR- Fucked Up Beyond All Repair !
Fucking or Corpse Fucking- Hiding on top of a dead body in order to confuse an enemy into thinking that the
body's friendly tag is yours.
GS- short for gunship chopper.
GD- Short for God Damn it!
Glitching- Hiding in or using holes in the games software to conceal ones location and take unfair advantage. Also:
Falling between the seams of walls or floors.
Hacker- A player that has entered the server by bypassing the normal code and able to use cheats, trainers, and
avoid cheat blocker filters, and preset game parameters.
Hill Glitch- A hill side that allows you to hide underground.
Host- The person operating the server, who may or may not be present or playing.
Inverted Bluequest- Any score that has exactly twice the kills as it has deaths. i.e. kills = 20 deaths = 10, or kills = 30
deaths = 15.
Jackwaggon- A Loser, Someone who is totally worthless. Insinuating a lack of intelligence implying the insultee is
capable of no more than operating a shit wagon. Lame, whiney, pathetic, take it in the ass sissyboy looking for a
pity party. You know? Murph!
Junk Yard Map- Any CQB map with lots of junk randomly scattered everywhere that serves no purpose other then
to be in the way. These maps usually turn into 203 shoot outs.

LOL- Laugh out loud.
Nade raping- The practice of attacking ground targets at a spawn site from aircraft using M203's by players riding
in choppers.
Nader- A player that launches a large barrage of grenades every chance he gets.
Nades- Short for Grenades. Auto Nades- A cheat that allows a player to launch a barrage of nades in a rapid fire
mode without reloading. Not to be confused with the M203 40mm Grenade launchers or fix place MK-19 grenades.
Nick- The screen name used by a player for DFX games.
Nob- A novice often found cheating, glitching, or taking unfair advantage of the server. Also short for prick or dick
head. (See asshole)
NK- Nice knife. Often said by a player with one sticking out of his ass.
NP- No Problem.
NS- Nice Shot. Often said by a player with a new ass hole in his forehead.
Nub- What a Nob says when he really means Nob! Except when used
as "Buggy Nubbing".
Nuke- The nick name of the AT-4.
OMFG-- Oh My Fucking God!
Outsider- A player that jumps a wall or boundary outlining the confines of the battle field, i.e. being out of bounds
in a game.
Owned- Getting Owned- Ownage, Pwned- Similar to getting raped, getting owned is when you are consistently
getting your ass handed to you or (kicked) by another player. ( Also See Raped, Getting Raped.)
Perching- Sitting on top of a tree, tower, antenna, air vent or any other high point that gives a player complete view
of the battle field.
Prone Jumping- Using space-bar and page-down buttons in conjunction, while bouncing off of an object in order to
gain altitude and air time.
Punt- The act of being thrown out of a game by the host for some rule violation. Or if your Rooster or Hostile, The
throwing out of anyone that is kicking your ass. Punts erase your score from that game but don't inhibit your
return to the game.
Queer Rooster- A player that lays dead in order to observe enemy activities through the games death 360* view. (It's
really in the Dictionary)
Raping or Spawn Raping- Camping out at an enemy's spawn location in order to shoot or knife a player as soon as
he appears or spawns in the game.
Raped- The act of having your ass handed to you. i.e. Getting your ass kicked in a fire fight. e.g. The Teach sure got
raped on that last map!
Reload Snag- The delay that occurs when your weapon needs to be reloaded and will not fire, compounded by the
lag caused by dry firing trigger inputs resulting in a snag-delay. Your weapon will snag-delay in direct proportion to
how urgently you need it. (Murphy's Law)
Riding The Server- being in a game but not playing in order to accumulate games-played points for a players stats.
Recruiting- Asking players on one server if they want to leave or join another server for squad membership or game
play.
Remote- The control panel that allows the host to change maps, punt cheaters, set time limits, and control the
conditions of the game, etc. by remotely operating the servers computer. This allows the server to be hosted by any
player that has the remote's password.
Roof Glitch- A glitch that allows a player to sit on top of a wall in a building while being concealed by the roof.
ROTF- Rolling on the floor
ROTF LMAO- Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off.
Server- A computer that operates the game, receives inputs from players, returns information to the network, and
shares information.
SNAFU- Situation Normal, All Fucked Up !
Sniper- From the old English game wardens that would camouflage themselves to avoid detection. Now used for a
long distance concealed shooting position. Stats require that a M24 or a Barrett 50 be used in order for sniper
points to be counted.
SOL- Shit Out of Luck!
Spawn- Spawn Site or Spot- The place on a game map where players appear at the start of a game or reappears after
they have been killed.
Squad- A membership in a group of players that occupy a regular server and often share a Tag. i.e. "USF" for
United Special Forces, or "dd", for Devil Dogs.
Stats- The program that keeps up with a players score, kills, deaths, snipes, knifes, and missions etc.
Stats Padding- Having enemy players help or be targets for each other so they can increase their stats levels.
Stat Server- A server that keeps track of players scores by using Bab Stats and may be linked from the server's web
site.
